Maged Nashid co-founded NTMG Lending after more than 23 years in financial services, including senior vice president roles at several respected institutions. He is a licensed mortgage loan officer in 21 states and builds his practice around putting a client's financial position first, not the transaction. Maged guides clients and their families through every step of the process, and the depth he brings from two decades on the institutional side shows up in how carefully he structures a file.
Thomas Petko joined NTMG as Branch Manager after ranking among the top LOs at his last company. In three years in the mortgage industry he's built his reputation on refinance work (rate-and-term and cash-out), HELOCs, and government loans including VA and FHA. Thomas takes his time on every deal to find the right product and deliver real service from start to finish. He's just getting started.
Fernando Chavez joined NTMG as Branch Manager after ranking among the top producers at his last company. He specializes in Non-QM, VA, and investment loans, which lets him work with veterans, first-time investors, and borrowers whose files need a path outside conventional guidelines. Fernando is fluent in Spanish and builds every file around clear communication so clients are never guessing where things stand.
